Delete your account

In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. On the web: use the form below.

What is deleted

• your account (email, password, nickname) and every signed-in session;
• your cities, troops, marches, research, reports, notes, friend lists and market offers — your cities become neutral land on the map;
• your security history (sign-ins, IP addresses, devices) and your support messages.

What stays

• messages you sent stay in the recipients’ inboxes and your alliance forum posts stay in the alliance, with your name replaced by “Deleted commander”;
• if you led an alliance, leadership passes to the highest-ranked member;
• closed abuse reports you filed or that concern you are kept for up to 12 months, without your name linked to them.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen first, or ask support from the email address on the account.
