Terms of Service
These terms apply to Dominate World — the website at dominateworld.online and its apps — operated by Dominate Studios (“we”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if the law in your country requires it).
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. To let someone look after your city while you are away, use the built-in account sitting — do not share your password.
- One account per player. Running extra accounts to feed, protect or attack your own account is not allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web). Deletion cannot be undone.
2. Fair play
Not allowed:
- bots, scripts or tools that play for you or automate actions;
- exploiting bugs instead of reporting them;
- buying, selling or trading accounts, cities or in-game resources for real money;
- attacking or interfering with the servers or other players’ accounts.
3. What you write
Messages, forum posts, banners, profile texts and names must not contain harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, other people’s personal information, spam or impersonation. You keep ownership of what you write; you allow us to store it and show it to the players it is meant for, as needed to run the game.
Anyone can report a player or a piece of content from inside the game, and block players from messaging them. We review reports and may remove content.
4. Inactive accounts
If you do not sign in for 21 days, your cities become neutral land that other players can take. We email you after 7 and 14 days. Vacation mode and an active account sitter pause this. Your account stays: sign in and found a new capital — in your old cell if it is still free, starting again as a new city.
5. What we may do
To keep the game fair and safe we may remove content, reset a name, warn, suspend or permanently ban an account. If you think a decision was wrong, write to support.
6. The game
- Points, resources, cities and items are part of the game. They have no money value and are not your property.
- The game is free to play. There are no purchases at the moment; if paid features are added, their terms will be shown before you buy.
- We change and balance the game over time. We try to keep it running, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses of in-game progress caused by outages, bugs or other players. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date; if a change is significant, we will also tell you in the game.
